Created in 2005 by Catherine Cassagnes, Mosaic Mobility advises and supports companies in managing their employees mobility, and offers them customized services. The added value of our organization relies on the perfect knowledge of our regional ecosystem by each member of our team : understanding of the corporate world and of its requirements, of the region’s geography, of its economic web, of its infrastructure and services, of the property market, of the public organizations, as well as child care services.
My profession as a relocation service provider is the natural and logical consequence of my personal and family background : I was given the opportunity, several times, of rising to the challenges of relocating to a foreign country. I lived for a few years each time, in the US, in Malaysia and in Australia to mention only the long-term stays as an adult. I experienced the thrill of human and cultural encounters, but also the many difficulties which may arise from relocating and adjusting to sometimes very different environments. I am convinced that I can use these personal experiences to understand the challenges and difficulties of relocation and have chosen to advise both Human Resources directors of the companies but also the employees. Further my initial training as an architect and project manager has given me the indispensable ability of quickly anticipating and understanding the clients'needs and expectations.
